Guided Tours with Art Fair Curators

Discovery Art Fair curators offer guided tours of the fair. Each curator will create a program with special focus, as they visit the fair booths with you and put you in contact with the exhibitors, present exciting artistic positions, explain the background context, and answer your questions.
When it comes to the insider’s view, it doesn’t get better than this.

Curators Choice with Dr. Peter Funken (in German)
Dr. Peter Funken studied Art History, German Studies and Architectural History; Born in Rhineland, he has been living in Berlin since 1983 as an art journalist, curator and author.

Curators Choice with Barbara Fragogna (in English)
The artist and curator Barbara Fragogna was born in Venice in 1975. From 2008 to 2012 she worked as art director of the Tacheles Art House located in Berlin, in 2013 she founded the publishing house Edizioni Inaudite and from 2015 she is the director of the Fusion Art Gallery / INAUDITA in Turin.

Curators Choice with Stefan Maria Rother (in German)
A well-known photographer, Stefan Maria Rother, acts as course director for Media Photography of the School of Entertainment and Technology and lecturer of photography at the Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee. He is also in charge of the field of photography at the fair. As an art collector, he specializes primarily in works on paper.
